Flat tray

. Flat pallets can be subdivided into three types

① according to the table classification. There are four types of airfoils: one-sided, one-sided, two-sided and so on;

② it is classified according to the fork in mode of forklift. There are three types: one-way fork in, two-way fork in and four-way fork in;

③ according to material classification. There are five kinds of pallets: wooden pallets, steel pallets, plastic pallets, composite pallets and paper pallets.

2、 Column tray

column tray is divided into fixed type and detachable type. Its basic structure is that there are steel columns at four corners of the tray, and the upper ends of the columns can be connected by beams to form a frame type. The main function of the column tray is to use the column to support the weight objects and stack them up; the second is to prevent the collapse of the goods placed on the tray in the process of transportation and loading and unloading.

Box tray

box tray is a tray with side plates on all sides. Some boxes have top plates, while others have no top plates. There are three types of box plate: fixed type, folding type and detachable type. There are plate type, grid type and net type around the fence. Therefore, the box type pallet with fence type around the fence is also called cage type pallet or warehouse cage. The box type pallet has strong protection ability, which can prevent the collapse and damage of the goods; it can load the goods which can not be stacked stably and has a wide range of applications.

IV. wheeled pallet

compared with column tray and box tray, wheel tray has more small wheels at the bottom. Therefore, the wheeled pallet shows the advantages of short distance movement, self handling or roll up and roll down loading and unloading, and has wide application and strong applicability.
